Currency & Pricing
All prices on Crystal Nana are displayed in USD (US Dollars). If you're shopping from outside the US, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
Please note that any additional fees charged by your bank for international transactions are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Verification

Card Declined?

Double Charged?
If you see multiple charges, one may be a pending authorization that will be released by your bank within 3-5 business days. If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I split my payment between multiple cards?
Currently, we can only accept one payment method per order. If you'd like to use multiple cards, we recommend purchasing a gift card with one and using it along with your preferred payment method.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment is authorized at the time of checkout, but the charge is only finalized when your order ships. For pre-order items, you'll be charged at the time of purchase.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Shop Pay offers installment payment options for orders over $50. Select Shop Pay at checkout to see if you qualify for interest-free monthly payments.
Is my payment information saved?
If you create an account and choose to save your payment method, it will be securely stored by our payment processor. You can remove saved payment methods at any time from your account settings.
